Certified Sleep Consultant, Mom of Three (and One Dog), Tea Enthusiast, Travel Lover, and Space Organizer

I am a former Early Childhood Educator and Elementary School Teacher who traded lesson plans for bedtime plans. Becoming a mom and experiencing the realities of sleep deprivation changed everything for me. I felt the emotional, mental, and physical impact of broken sleep and how quickly it affects your confidence, relationships, and daily life. The long nights and heavy days made me realize just how deeply sleep touches every part of a family.

That season paired with a shift in career inspired me to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Once I supported my own children in developing healthy sleep habits, things shifted. Rest returned, connection grew stronger, and our home felt calm again. That transformation showed me that sleepless nights do not have to be a permanent part of parenthood and that families deserve more than just getting through the day.

With a background in child development and education, I support families through a holistic lens that honours emotional well-being, connection, and realistic expectations. I blend evidence-based guidance with compassion and flexibility, creating sleep plans that feel supportive and achievable in real life.

If you are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure of what the night will bring, you are not alone. I have been where you are, and there is a way forward. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you bring rest, balance, and calm back into your home.

Here from our happy families

  • We had the pleasure of working with Karen and Jaye. Our baby used to sleep through the night, but at about 4.5 months he began waking up anywhere from 2 to 4 times a night and needed to be rocked or nursed back to sleep. By 7 months we were exhausted. By night 2 of the program we were down to 1 wake up, by night 4 there were no wake ups at all. As a bonus to this wonderful newly found night sleep we also started seeing longer daytime naps. Karen was easy to reach when we had any questions, she checked in with us daily, and she was helpful when we found ourselves with a sick baby part way through the process. Jaye was so kind and reassuring, and really helped talk through some of the feelings I really didn't realize I would have going through this process. There were some big ones. All in all I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with getting baby to sleep. It was a total game changer for us.”

  • I cannot thank Andria and Jaye enough for helping me sleep train my son. Andria was always reassuring and quick to respond. She was so good that I had separation anxiety once we were finished... I also could count on Jaye to listen to whatever nonsensical stuff I said when I was sleep-deprived and make me feel understood. I kept asking my husband if I would ever sleep again. I didn't think it was possible! And yet, both Andria and Jaye made the impossible possible! Thank you again :)”

  • “We worked with Karen and Sarah to sleep train our 2.5 year old daughter. We were anxious and nervous about sleep training her since she was a toddler and thought it was too late. Both Karen and Sarah were there to talk us through our feelings and guided us throughout the entire process. They were supportive and understanding of where we were, and provided the right guidance and resources for us. And the result? Our daughter now sleeps through the night! We are so grateful that we got to work with them; it truly changed our life for the better.”
