We’ve worked with thousands of families, and over a quarter of them reach out for support after returning to work. Sleep challenges aren’t just for the newborn stage—many of the children we help are between 12 months and 5 years old. It’s a critical time when sleep can have a huge impact on the whole family’s well-being.

We offer a comprehensive, holistic approach that supports not only children's sleep, but also perinatal mental health, caregiver well-being, and the full parenting journey. Our primary goal is to support families as they transition onto parental leave with confidence and return from leave feeling rested, productive and ready to jump back into work with clarity, focus, and renewed energy.

Lunch & Learn: Sleep Strategies for Working Parents

An engaging, informative session covering:

  • Infant and toddler sleep basics

  • How to manage sleep regressions and daycare transitions

  • Tips for balancing work, sleep, and parenting demands

  • Q&A with a certified pediatric sleep consultant and or Registered Social Worker

These sessions are delivered virtually or in person, and are perfect for parent groups or wellness week events.

Custom Sleep Support Package


Tailored sleep consulting for your employees, with flexible delivery models including:

  • One-on-one consultations with our certified team

  • Custom sleep plans for families of children 0-5 years

  • Bedtime support (virtual or in-home), texting and check-in calls

  • Option to include benefit-eligible support from our Registered Social Workers

This option allows employers to provide high-impact support without the complexity of building internal resources.
