Because feeding your baby shouldn’t feel this hard.

The first few days after birth can feel like a whirlwind. You’re healing, adjusting, and trying to make sense of all the advice about feeding your baby. Maybe your birth didn’t go as planned. Maybe you left the hospital unsure of what “a good latch” even means. Maybe you just need someone to guide you through it all without judgment.

That’s where Rose Le Blanc, IBCLC comes in. Rose has been supporting families since 2013, helping parents navigate the ups and downs of feeding with calm, clarity, and confidence. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based care and focused on your feeding goals—whatever they are.

Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, supplementing, or doing a mix of all three, Rose helps you find what works for your family. Because feeding isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither is support.

As a mom of three and an experienced IBCLC who has been supporting families since 2013, Rose knows that feeding can be as emotional as it is physical. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and rooted in evidence-based practice, meeting families where they are and helping them move toward their own feeding goals with compassion and confidence.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Rose spent her childhood in a small cabin surrounded by forest, where she learned the value of patience and connection, qualities that now define her work. When she’s not helping families navigate feeding challenges, you’ll find her out riding horses and spending time with her three teens.

Rose brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep understanding of the diversity of feeding experiences to every family she supports.
