Meet Rose Le Blanc

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, mom of three teens, animal lover, and proud Nova Scotian.

As a mom of three and an experienced IBCLC who has been supporting families since 2013, Rose knows that feeding can be as emotional as it is physical. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and rooted in evidence-based practice, meeting families where they are and helping them move toward their own feeding goals with compassion and confidence.

Rose holds advanced certifications in Jennifer Tow’s IBCLC Masterclass Oral Habilitation, Michelle Emanuel’s Tummy Time Method, Babies in Common Pumping and Flange Fitting, and Susan Howard’s Bottle Skills for the Bottle Refuser.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Rose spent her childhood in a small cabin surrounded by forest, where she learned the value of patience and connection, qualities that now define her work. When she’s not helping families navigate feeding challenges, you’ll find her out riding horses and spending time with her three teens.

Rose brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep understanding of the diversity of feeding experiences to every family she supports.

Hear from our happy families

  • I highly recommend Have Baby. Must Sleep if you are considering sleep training for your baby. We worked with Emily and she is definitely amazing. She helped my son sleep much better than before. This definitely nourishes our entire family. Before this process, my baby woke up 4-5 times per night and was relying on feeding/rocking to go back to sleep. Through this training, my baby has made great progress and he has gained great independent sleep skills”

  • “We worked with Karen and Sarah to sleep train our 2.5 year old daughter. We were anxious and nervous about sleep training her since she was a toddler and thought it was too late. Both Karen and Sarah were there to talk us through our feelings and guided us throughout the entire process. They were supportive and understanding of where we were, and provided the right guidance and resources for us. And the result? Our daughter now sleeps through the night! We are so grateful that we got to work with them; it truly changed our life for the better.”

  • We had the pleasure of working with Karen and Jaye. Our baby used to sleep through the night, but at about 4.5 months he began waking up anywhere from 2 to 4 times a night and needed to be rocked or nursed back to sleep. By 7 months we were exhausted. By night 2 of the program we were down to 1 wake up, by night 4 there were no wake ups at all. As a bonus to this wonderful newly found night sleep we also started seeing longer daytime naps. Karen was easy to reach when we had any questions, she checked in with us daily, and she was helpful when we found ourselves with a sick baby part way through the process. Jaye was so kind and reassuring, and really helped talk through some of the feelings I really didn't realize I would have going through this process. There were some big ones. All in all I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with getting baby to sleep. It was a total game changer for us.”
