I’ve worked with children and families for over a decade, and throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful good sleep is for both parents and children. It wasn’t until I became a mother, though, that I truly understood just how essential sleep is to overall well-being.

I became a first-time mom during the pandemic, a time filled with uncertainty and constant change. Like many new parents, I assumed exhaustion was simply part of the experience. My son struggled with sleeping independently, relied heavily on contact naps, and frequent night wakings quickly became our norm. As someone who has never identified as a morning person, the cumulative exhaustion was overwhelming.

After six months, I reached out for sleep support myself, and the change was significant. Within a short period of time, my son was able to reduce his sleep dependencies and learn independent sleep skills. He was more rested, and so was I. That experience was truly life-changing and shaped the way I support families today.

When I later welcomed my daughter, I felt empowered to build healthy sleep habits from the start. While life with children is never perfect and disruptions still happen, I now trust that sleep can be recovered. Bedtime feels calm rather than stressful, and I’m able to enjoy the cuddles without feeling overwhelmed or depleted.

I lead my work with understanding, compassion, and evidence-based strategies. My goal is to empower families with the tools and confidence to prioritize sleep, feel supported through the process, and truly enjoy bedtime again.

Here from our happy families

  • We had the pleasure of working with Karen and Jaye. Our baby used to sleep through the night, but at about 4.5 months he began waking up anywhere from 2 to 4 times a night and needed to be rocked or nursed back to sleep. By 7 months we were exhausted. By night 2 of the program we were down to 1 wake up, by night 4 there were no wake ups at all. As a bonus to this wonderful newly found night sleep we also started seeing longer daytime naps. Karen was easy to reach when we had any questions, she checked in with us daily, and she was helpful when we found ourselves with a sick baby part way through the process. Jaye was so kind and reassuring, and really helped talk through some of the feelings I really didn't realize I would have going through this process. There were some big ones. All in all I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with getting baby to sleep. It was a total game changer for us.”

  • I cannot thank Andria and Jaye enough for helping me sleep train my son. Andria was always reassuring and quick to respond. She was so good that I had separation anxiety once we were finished... I also could count on Jaye to listen to whatever nonsensical stuff I said when I was sleep-deprived and make me feel understood. I kept asking my husband if I would ever sleep again. I didn't think it was possible! And yet, both Andria and Jaye made the impossible possible! Thank you again :)”

  • “We worked with Karen and Sarah to sleep train our 2.5 year old daughter. We were anxious and nervous about sleep training her since she was a toddler and thought it was too late. Both Karen and Sarah were there to talk us through our feelings and guided us throughout the entire process. They were supportive and understanding of where we were, and provided the right guidance and resources for us. And the result? Our daughter now sleeps through the night! We are so grateful that we got to work with them; it truly changed our life for the better.”
