KING CITY
Sleep Consultant
ahh sleep. Yes, sleep.
You know, that thing you once just had without giving it much thought?
That thing that now eludes you and is the stuff of your wildest dreams? If like us, you learned after you had kids how much you would yearn for just one full, uninterrupted night of sleep, then I think you may have found the right team to help you find that elusive thing called sleep once again.
Hi! I’m Andria, a fellow former sleep-deprived parent turned Sleep Consultant helping parents across the globe get their children to sleep again. My company, Have Baby. Must Sleep is a full-service sleep consultancy where child sleep training intersects with the highest level of care and support for parents. We work with children from newborn all the way up to and a bit older than 5 years old.
Newborn life isn’t unicorns and rainbows and happy sleeping babies. I’ve survived it a couple times now and have helped many families navigate the ins and outs of this tricky and tiring time. The good news is, this exhaustion is temporary, the bad news is, you are in it right now and I know how hard that is. If you need a little support and some guidelines on how to maximize your sleep right now, we can help! Join our free newborn class to get some good foundations and your questions answered.
Do you have a baby over 4 months but under 3 years, then let’s chat about how we can support you with getting your little to go and return to sleep independently and start nailing those naps!
If your child is older than 3 and up to the age of 5 or even a bit older and you are having challenges with them going to bed on their own, staying in their room, or sleeping through the night, we can coach you to help bring some routine, predictability, and ease to your bedtime routine and nights. It’s truly never to late to get the sleep you and your family needs.
We are based in the GTA and work virtually however, we also do in-home bedtime support and overnights in King City, Nobleton and Schomberg.
Oh, did we forget to mention that many of our super supportive programs are eligible for benefits coverage? Yep, it’s true!
